Job Description Our cooks prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations, as well as company standards. To be a successful cook, you will be quick and diligent and be able to follow instruction and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department Demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error‑free and meet the company quality standards Prepares and serves attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position. Experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups preferred Safe food handling techniques are required Ability to read and understand recipes Work in a team environment Work flexible shifts Handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing.
