Job Details:

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from intake through trial with team support

• Evaluate cases involving standard of care, causation, and damages

• Review and analyze medical records (including TBI, paralysis, birth injury, wrongful death)

• Conduct liability investigations across PI matters (auto, trucking, premises, product liability)

• Draft discovery, motions, demand letters, and mediation statements

• Prepare clients for and handle depositions and Participate in mediations and trials

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation

• Experience in plaintiff or defense litigation preferred

• Open to junior attorneys or exceptional recent graduates with strong academics

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

• Trial experience is a plus but not required

• Spanish or additional language skills are a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $110,000 to $250,000 based on experience

• Performance-based bonus program

• $600/month medical contribution + full dental coverage
