Job Title: Cook As a Cook with Mosaic, you’ll be responsible for preparing food items according to a scheduled menu while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. What you’ll do Prepare and serve meals to meet the nutritional needs of individuals served. Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food is maintained and served at safe temperatures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by implementing cleaning schedules and procedures. Monitor applicable dietary restrictions and changes to ensure accuracy of meals served. Six months of experience in quantity food preparation. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it if hired.
