The role at a glance

What you’ll do

Handle maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for apartment and commercial properties
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Execute painting projects—interior and exterior—with care and precision
Repair/install drywall, flooring, doors, and fixtures to restore function and finish
Respond to work orders and urgent repair calls as needed
Perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure uptime and safety
Conduct property inspections to identify issues early
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory neatly and safely
Follow all safety policies and company procedures
Keep property management and tenants informed on progress and timelines

What you’ll need

Experience in apartment, commercial, facilities, or property maintenance preferred
Multi-trade capability in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, and general repair
HVAC certification or other trade certs a plus—but not required
Independent diagnostics and repair execution
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management
Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
Reliable transportation to Edmond, OK
Valid driver’s license preferred
