Lean Manufacturing Engineer: Value Stream & 5S Leader

TBS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Sun Prairie, WI. You will focus on developing value streams in the manufacturing processes, implementing LEAN principles, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, with 1-5 years of experience in a LEAN manufacturing setting.
