Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role plays a key part in providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making. The analyst will initially focus on operations and financial planning for Enstructure Wilmington. As familiarity and expertise with the port grow, there will be opportunities to expand responsibilities and support FP&A efforts across other terminals in our network. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planningAnalyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to leadershipPartner with operational teams to track KPIs and support business initiativesPrepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior managementAssist in the development of annual budgets and periodic reforecastsConduct cost-benefit analyses and support investment/business case developmentMonitor and improve internal financial controls, processes, and data accuracySupport financial planning and analysis activities at other terminals beyond Port WilmingtonSupport ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, MBA, or CPA a plus2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau) preferredExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentPrior experience in logistics, transportation, or port operations is a plus
