Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Position Summary
The Team Lead supports a pod of 5–8 Service Coordinators, helping them stay on track with their caseloads while fostering growth and accountability. You’ll coach your team, troubleshoot escalations, and work closely with a Supervisor to hit departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support Service Coordinators with daily operations
- Troubleshoot escalated cases to avoid discharges
- Ensure deadlines for visits and documentation are met
- Track team performance and report key updates to Supervisor
- Promote a positive, values-driven team culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years in a leadership, coordination, or customer-facing role
- Based in NYC and able to work in-person in Williamsburg
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
