Compensation: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Hygiene Bonus!

• Optional Full-Time Path: While this role is based in Surprise on Fridays, we have a unique opportunity for candidates seeking more hours to work Monday-Wednesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) at our sister clinic in Glendale, AZ .

What We're Looking For:

• Credentials: Active Arizona RDH License.
• Certifications: Local Anesthesia and Laser Certification are required.
