The Hotel Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering excellent guest experiences through efficient check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and hotel services. This position involves working rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of a 4-6 member front desk team, utilizing property management and phone systems to facilitate daily operations. While career advancement opportunities exist, these roles are somewhat limited within the hotel structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle reservation management and booking inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
• Assign rooms and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
• Keep detailed records of guest interactions and transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with reservation systems and property management software
