Database & Systems AdministratorThe National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the leading the way in digitizing all physical and multi-media records. We are looking for highly motivated individual to become the Database Administrator utilizing the NRO's records manager tool, HP Content Manager. Responsibilities: Provide technical system administration support to IMSO in accordance with Federal laws and regulations Support the daily administration of HP Content Manager, including providing engineering/configuration support of software patches, upgrades, access controls, migrations, and troubleshooting application issues. Create and maintain system documentations. Work with NRO systems engineering support and vendors to identify requirements and ensure seamless upgrades/modifications and system performance. Write and submit service requests and trouble tickets. Develop training courses and provide systems/software training for users. Provide routine technical and administrative support for IMSO websites and SharePoint Stay full conversant with existing information technology used.Qualifications: Required:Security + certificationTS/SCI with PolygraphPersonnel performing function for Records and Information Management Program Support shall have a Bachelor's Degree in an IT/Computer Science Field or 5 years relevant experience;TableauPersonnel shall have experience as IT Analyst, Database Manager, or similar IT-focused positionPersonnel shall be proficient working with Microsoft Office applications.The individual must be proficient in technical writingDesired:Experience with Oracle, SQLSecurity + CertificationExperience in records and information managementExperience with HP Content Manager toolExperience working on NRO systemWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
