Responsibilities: * All front desk responsibilities ( Checkin/Checkout) * Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation. * Complete prior-authorizations for medications. * Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow. * Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care. * Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment. * Perform basic urine test. * Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. * Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. * Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems. * Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. * Athena EMR- helpful. * Must be able to work dual roles both MA and Front Desk responsibilities.
