Maintenance Technicians needed for Apartment Communities located in San Diego!

Maintenance Technician Job Description :
We are seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to work at apartment communities.
When it comes to adding new maintenance technicians to our amazing team, we are looking for candidates with experience and a can-do attitude. Property management experience isn’t necessary, but certainly a plus.
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:
- Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
- Participates in diagnosing problems and repair in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall and appliances
- Maintenance Technicians must be able to turn vacant apartments
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Must have at least 6 month general maintenance experience
- Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds.
- Attendance is an essential job function
*Note: All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
