In this role, you will focus on holistic psychosocial care of patients, with a primary focus on immediate counseling and support needed. The LICSW works closely with providers in the Jefferson Palliative Care Program by providing short-term services and resources to assist patients, significant others, families, and caregivers to cope with personal, financial, psychosocial, and environmental problems associated with the patient's medical condition for referral to Palliative Care.
