Grill Cook, Full Time
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Grill Cook, Full Time. This position is Sunday - Thursday 6am-3pm. Founded in 1960, AVI Foodsystems has evolved into one of the most respected and trusted food service companies in the nation. Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food for service
- Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times
- Manage food inventory
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
Requirements:
- Part-time seasonal commitment and weekend availability
- Culinary experience a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive attitude
- Must be customer-oriented, organized, and detail oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and decision making ability
