Job Summary and Responsibilities As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join a growing, physician-led practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton , playing a pivotal role in the continued success, clinical delivery, and development of our regional women's health service line. You will provide expert inpatient and outpatient clinical care, managing low- and high-risk pregnancies, performing a wide range of gynecological surgeries, and delivering compassionate care to a diverse patient population. You will also contribute significantly to shaping a robust, patient-centered specialty care network in a highly collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE OB/GYN physician with a passion for clinical excellence, strong surgical and diagnostic skills, and a commitment to building a premier medical and surgical home within a supportive, mission-driven environment. Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN services, including routine prenatal care, high-risk obstetrics management, well-woman care, and advanced surgical interventions. Formulate and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while monitoring clinical outcomes and promoting long-term women's health. Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with a dedicated network of local primary care providers, pediatricians, and regional clinical leaders to optimize patient care and referral pathways. Participate in departmental clinical quality initiatives and peer reviews to expand critical regional medical access and elevate safety metrics within the community.
