Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide direct patient care and support to individuals with behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges. Responsibilities include monitoring patient behavior, supporting treatment plans, ensuring safety, and assisting with daily living activities. At least 12 years of experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.

This role may involve weekend, holiday, and evening shifts and may require floating to other units within the behavioral health department. Compliance and onboarding typically take 46 weeks. Voice screening and a hiring manager interview are required. Missed shifts must be made up per departmental policy.
