As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one support that allows Montana seniors and adults to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling for people who genuinely care about others.What You’ll DoProvide warm companionship—conversation, reading aloud, and meaningful activities that keep clients engaged and upliftedSupport with light housekeeping: laundry, vacuuming, changing linens, and maintaining a clean, safe home environmentPrepare and serve meals, following client preferences and dietary needs, with cleanup afterAccompany clients on outings, medical appointments, errands, and community activitiesAssist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and dignity at all timesProvide medication reminders and promptly observe and report any changes in your client’s conditionComplete electronic visit verification and care documentation accurately and on timeBuild genuine, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and your EPAGA teamWho We’re Looking ForYou don’t need years of experience to join our team—you need heart.
