Residential Property Inspector – Gallatin Lebanon, TN – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in  Gallatin Lebanon, TN  to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. 

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance. 

The Gig  

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted 

• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection 

• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application 

• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs 

• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections 

• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

Service Fees  

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis 

• Time estimates: 1-2 working day(s) per week / 6-8 days per month 

• Availability : Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
