What You'll Be Doing

As a Member Specialist, you'll be the welcoming face in our Harrisburg and Enola branches. Daily responsibilities include:

• Supporting membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance.
• Processing maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services.
• Guiding members toward our travel and insurance agents.
• Becoming a Notary Public (we'll help you with the required steps).
• Performing PennDOT title and license transactions.
• Taking passport photos and handling International Driver's Permits.
• Referring members to additional AAA services and products.
• Maintaining our high service standards.
• Greeting and assisting members with professionalism and warmth.

No two days are the same, and there's always something new to learn.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Already a Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Ability to pass and maintain PA State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, chat, and email channels.
• Active listening skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
• Comfort using various computer systems.
