Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Work with exclusive, high-intent leads —no cold calling or door knocking required.
• Meet with clients by phone or virtually to assess their needs and recommend the right life insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through a simple, stress-free application process.
• Follow a proven sales system with comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
• Manage your own schedule, sales pipeline, and income potential while working independently.
• Help families protect their financial future while building a rewarding, performance-driven career.
• Work independently, set your own schedule, and take ownership of your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients over the phone or virtually.

• Proven track record of self-motivation and managing your own schedule.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain a sales pipeline and follow up with clients.

• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.

• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.
