Leasing Specialist: Connect, Tour, Close in Central Ohio

Ardent Communities is hiring Leasing Consultants for Central Ohio. This on-site role involves greeting prospects, guiding tours, and turning tours into signed leases. We value personality, drive, and a customer-first mindset and will train you even without prior property management experience.
