As a Managing Consultant, you will bridge fieldexecutionandtechnicalanalysis,helpingshaperemediationstrategiesandensuredata-drivendecision-makingthatprotectshumanhealthandtheenvironment.WhatYourImpactIs:Plan and oversee field data collection, including high-resolution characterization programs for unconsolidated media (e.g., MIP, WaterlooAPS TM, HPT, LIF) and fractured bedrock (e.g., borehole geophysical logging, packertesting,SolinstFlutetechnologies,COREDFN);drilling,soilsampling,andwellinstallation;aquifertesting(e.g.,slugtests,step-drawdowntests,pumpingtests);andremedialpilottestsandfull-scaleimplementations.Compileandevaluatesiteinvestigationandremedialsystemmonitoringdata.Synthesizesitecharacterizationandremediationinformationtodevelopandrefineconceptualsitemodels.Utilizeconceptualsitemodelstocommunicatefindings,identifydatagaps,andguideadditionaldatacollection.CollaboratewithdatamanagersandGISspecialiststocreateclear,compellingvisualizations.Deliverworkproductswithinquality,budget,andscheduleexpectations.Communicateeffectivelywithsubcontractors,regulatoryagencies,tenants,andclientsduringfieldactivities.WhatYou'llBring:Required:Master's degreeinhydrogeology,geology,aqueousgeochemistry,environmentalengineering,orrelateddegreeorequivalentexperience.Minimum4–6years (7 preferred)ofexperience,alignedwithManagingConsultantlevelexpectations.Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,includingexperiencepreparingdetailedtechnicalreports.Willingnessandinterestintravelforfieldassignments.Strongcommitmenttosafety,includingadherencetoHealthandSafetyprotocols.Driver's LicenseRequired:Thispositionrequiresavaliddriver'slicenseand/ortheabilitytooperateacompanyvehicleduetothenatureofjobduties,whichincludefrequenttraveltovariousclientlocationsacrossalargegeographicalarea.Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyandcollaborativelyinateamenvironment.Abilitytomanagemultiplepriorities,maintainflexibility,andworkwithminimalsupervision.Thispositionisnoteligibleforimmigrationsponsorship.Preferred:Environmentalfieldworkexperience.Current40-hourOSHAHAZWOPERcertification.KeyResponsibilities:Executeandmanagesiteinvestigationandremediationfieldprograms.Analyzeandinterpretenvironmentaldatatosupportprojectobjectives.Supportdevelopmentofconceptualsitemodelsandremediationstrategies.Coordinatewithmultidisciplinaryteamstodeliverprojectoutcomes.Maintainstrongclientandstakeholderrelationshipsduringprojectexecution.For the Managing Consultant, Hydrogeologist position, the anticipated annual base pay is $90,000–$124,245 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
