Senior Community Consultant Position Type: Full time State: California City: Studio City Zip Code: 91604 Total Base Pay Range: $43,500.00 - $63,500.00 Responsibilities Driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Manage daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure residents experience luxury living. Conduct creative and thoughtful tours customized to individual tastes, recommending the perfect floorplan and outlining neighborhood restaurants. Follow through on every lead, ensuring prospective residents that you care. Require Saturday availability due to high traffic weekends. Exhibit outstanding customer service skills, creating community and going the extra mile. Leverage sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance and community enthusiasm through personalized connections, creative campaigns, outreach, and social media. Continuously communicate updates tailored to prospective residents, including desired floor plans, new hotspots, and local food options. Demonstrate genuine desire to help residents, colleagues, and the community. Provide support, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to associates, acting as a resource for new hires. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in real estate or property management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
