We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Siler City Center in Siler City, NC. Recent graduates of Nurse Practitioner programs are encouraged to apply.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $127,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap on earnings.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

This position entails providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, in partnership with other medical professionals. The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) tracks. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
