Billing & Licensing Specialist
City of Surprise
The City of Surprise is seeking a Customer Service & Billing Clerk to assist residents with utility and general billing, collect payments, and process business license applications. You will explain City policies and Arizona statutes, perform data entry for licenses, analyze billing data, prepare reports, and prepare customer communications in a friendly walk-in and online environment.
