We are hiring an experienced  Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced 3PL warehouse.

This position involves operating warehouse equipment to move and put away materials, along with sorting, labeling, and other general warehouse responsibilities.

Please note: This is not a 100% forklift position. Employees may be assigned to general floor duties and will not operate the reach truck throughout the entire shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, transfer, and put away materials
• Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
• Sort incoming and outgoing packages
• Label packages accurately
• Place packages in their designated warehouse locations
• Move and stage materials throughout the facility
• Verify package labels, quantities, and locations
• Assist with general warehouse and floor duties when not operating equipment
• Inspect equipment before use and report any safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse, equipment, and workplace safety procedures
• Wear all required PPE while working

Requirements

• At least 2 year of reach truck experience is required
• Previous experience operating a  sit-down forklift is required
• Previous experience using  pallet jacks is required
• Previous 3PL or warehouse experience is preferred
• Must be comfortable performing general warehouse duties
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Must follow all PPE and warehouse safety requirements
• Availability for an optional Sunday half-day is a plus

Candidates must have hands-on experience with reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks to be considered.
