About the Opportunity
Keeler Motor Car Company has delivered premium automotive experiences since 1967. With our expansion into Fairfield County, we're redefining what luxury automotive sales should look likewhere precision, presence, and client trust come first.
We're seeking polished, performance-minded professionals to join us as Client Advisors at our Norwalk location. If you bring experience in luxury retail or consultative salesand the ability to lead high-value conversations with confidencethis is an opportunity to grow with a brand and dealership on the rise.
What You'll Do
- Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and personalized service
- Guide clients through a premium, consultative sales experienceboth online and in-store
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Genesis lineup and competitive landscape
- Represent the Genesis and Keeler brands with integrity, polish, and purpose
- Collaborate with Sales Management and BDC to deliver consistent results and exceptional service.

- Prior success in automotive, luxury retail, or high-end consultative sales
- Professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset
- Self-motivation, follow-through, and a commitment to excellence
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern digital retail tools
