Description: The Senior Producer, Branded Video leads creative strategy for individual branded video projects. This role is responsible per project for translating client goals into engaging video concepts, overseeing the creative process from pre-production to final delivery, and ensuring high-quality, on-brand content. They collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and maintain brand consistency. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the creative vision for individual branded video campaigns. Lead the creative concept development phase for assigned projects. Direct client and internal team communications throughout project development. Work with clients to understand their goals and expectations. Ensure creative alignment with brand and client objectives. Oversee the execution of creative ideas throughout production for assigned campaigns. Execute all video creative materials, including concepts, scripts, director treatments, and other project materials. Attend pre-sale brainstorms and ideate branded video concepts in response to client and general sales requests, including RFIs and RFPs. Direct shoots and occasionally appear in branded video content. Partner with Account Managers to maintain smooth post-sale productions, ensuring concepts, client materials, scripts, edits, and final deliverables are always on time and meet the highest quality standards. Collaborate with the Production Manager and production team on timeline and resource planning. Manage expectations and maintain brand consistency throughout the creative process, from pre-production through final delivery. Qualifications: Experience leading the creative development and execution of branded video projects. Strong creative concepting, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills. Experience translating client goals and brand objectives into engaging video concepts. Strong client communication and relationship-management skills. Experience overseeing video projects from pre-production through final delivery. Ability to direct shoots and guide creative execution throughout production and post-production. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and multiple deliverables. Ability to collaborate closely with Account Managers, Production Managers, clients, and cross-functional internal teams. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality, on-brand work. Comfortable participating in pre-sale brainstorms and developing concepts in response to RFIs, RFPs, and general sales requests. Compensation: The expected annual base salary for this role is $115,000 - $125,000. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered.
