Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting Locum CRNAs for a long-term assignment in a well-established ambulatory surgery center in southern Pennsylvania. This is an ideal opportunity for providers seeking a predictable weekday schedule, no call, and a high-efficiency outpatient environment .

Located just north of Baltimore, this community offers easy commuting access, affordable living, and a relaxed pace while still being close to major metro amenities.

Assignment Overview

Start: May 2026 (as soon as credentialed)
Duration: 12 months to start (strong extension potential)
Schedule: MondayFriday 5x8s (7:00a3:30p)
Call: None
Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 90 days (expedited possible)

Clinical Scope & Environment

Outpatient-focused ASC with 4 ORs
Care team model: Medical direction (1:3)
High-efficiency, procedure-driven workflow

Case Mix Includes:

Orthopedics ( high volume )
GYN
Ophthalmology
ENT
Endoscopy
Dental
General surgery

Patient Population:

Pediatrics + adults

Ideal for CRNAs seeking steady case flow, lower acuity, and a streamlined workday

Daily Workflow

615 cases per day depending on assignment
Focus on efficient turnover and outpatient procedures
Collaborative OR team with consistent staffing

Requirements

NBCRNA certified
Active Pennsylvania license
BLS, ACLS, PALS required
Comfortable in ASC/outpatient setting

Compensation

Highly competitive 1099 rates negotiable based on coverage & commitment
