Contract | Days | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care setting
• Participate in an every-other-weekend schedule with the expectation of making up any missed shifts
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Participate in holiday rotation based on facility need
• Adhere to all facility health and safety policies, including nicotine-free requirements and mandatory flu vaccination

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Must pass drug screen and nicotine testing — no exceptions
• Flu vaccine required — no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a NICU setting
• Flexibility and willingness to float to additional units as needed
