Member Services Representative The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities and serves as the face of our operation. The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members. Responsibilities Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner Communicate special events to members and guests Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome Facilitate all member requests or forward them to a manager Always maintain a professional disposition Sell retail products Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures Know club facility, services, and schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist in all projects as delegated by club management Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook Qualifications Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification Experience working with children Certifications as required by local/state laws Physical Requirements Lift up to 10 lbs. on occasion Stand, bend, and squat with frequency Climb and hang decorations when needed Pay Salary: $33,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time Location Cerritos EEO Statement Fitness Ventures LLC is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace and is an Equal Opportunity employer.
