Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and quick-thinking Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ER Nurse will be responsible for providing rapid assessment and treatment to patients in critical condition, ensuring high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Triage patients based on severity of condition using standardized protocols Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed Monitor vital signs and patient progress; document accurately in EMR Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Maintain a clean, safe, and organized ER environment. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards Participate in emergency codes and disaster preparedness drills Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in state. Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of ER or critical care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to multitask under pressure Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience in trauma or high-acuity ER settings Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) #J-18808-Ljbffr NurseDeck Inc
