Anna Jaques Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is actively recruiting staff hospitalists to join their team! We are seeking strong candidates interested in full-time or part-time positions. Day and night-time positions are currently available. Newburyport, Massachusetts is one of the most quintessential coastal towns in Massachusettshistoric, attractive, and lively, with a mix of maritime heritage and modern boutique culture. With miles of pristine beaches and trails for birdwatching, hiking and biking, the Newburyport area is a desired place to live, work and raise a family!

About The Job

• Schedule is 7 on 7 off; 12 hour shifts
• Full time hospitalists work 14 shifts in a 28 day cycle
• Part time hospitalists work 7 shifts in a 28 day cycle
• No hard caps, patient volume typically falls within SHM recommended ranges.
• Closed ICU setting; procedures are optional, but opportunities are available if desired

Requirements

• Ideal candidates should possess strong academic credentials including residency training in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for license in the state of Massachusetts
• Candidates should be committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Pay range: $290,000.00 USD - $316,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
