HVAC Service ManagerPezz Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead service operations and technical teams across Central NJ. The position is full time, with a salary range of $40 to $45+ per hour based on experience, plus profit sharing. The service area is Central New Jersey, with the primary location in Hillsborough, NJ. The role involves residential and light commercial projects and requires Monday to Friday availability with overtime as needed. Mandatory licenses include EPA Certification and a valid driver's license.The OpportunityAs the premier technical leader for Pezz Heating & Cooling, you will oversee daily service operations and installation quality. This role allows you to mentor a high-performing team of technicians while maintaining a hands-on presence in the field.
