Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Palm Springs, CA

Full-Time | In-Person | School-Based | $55–$86/Hour + Sign-On Bonus

Platinum Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Palm Springs, CA .

This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students while providing individualized speech and language services in a collaborative school-based setting. You'll work alongside educators, families, and other professionals to help students develop communication skills and make progress toward their educational goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs

• Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy

• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other members of the educational team

• Help create a positive, supportive environment that promotes student growth

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current California SLP license/credential or eligibility to obtain the appropriate California credential

• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills

• A student-centered approach to care
