Benefits Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Free uniforms Health insurance Job Overview The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting overall club operations, team performance, and revenue growth. The AGM will help lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve club goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and operational excellence are maintained. This position requires a strong leader who can drive results, uphold the integrity of the Crunch brand, and create a positive, high-energy environment for both members and team members. Reports To: General Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 4 years of management experience required Fitness industry management experience preferred CPR Certification required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership and team development abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices Support daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Communicate and enforce club policies and procedures consistently Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented culture Make sound decisions and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing team members Hold staff accountable to company standards and expectations Sales & Revenue Growth Lead, motivate, and support the team in achieving membership and revenue goals Drive membership growth through promotions, outreach, and lead generation initiatives Ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up procedures are consistently executed Communicate all club promotions and company initiatives clearly to staff Support the execution of sales strategies to maximize club performance Member Experience Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure members receive a high-quality fitness experience Address member concerns professionally and promptly Promote a welcoming and energetic club atmosphere that reflects the Crunch brand Preferred Skills Strong leadership and motivational skills Excellent organizational and administrative abilities Strong customer service mindset Creative problem-solving and management techniques Proficiency with computers and basic business software Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Why Join Crunch?
