Non-Certified Snowboard Instructor – 2026/2027 Season Experience the best office in the world teaching snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Hiring occurs on a rolling basis until December 15th or until positions are filled. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $20.00/hr Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Part‑time hours available. Full‑time instructors may not have guaranteed 40‑hour weeks; hours vary with business volume. Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children Deliver world‑class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain Willingness to work with guests of all ages and comfort with children aged 3 and older Fluent communication in English Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements Comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended periods Successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards Employee Benefits Ski/Mountain Perks!
