Gill Staffing is a locally owned market leader in employment services in West Michigan. For more than 30 years, we've been making good things happen for other people – our employees and our clients. We are seeking an administrative assistant for our Grand Rapids, MI office. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- General administrative tasks, answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining and ordering office supplies, support HR team, etc.
- Generate a variety or reports, weekly and monthly.
- Maintain employment records and reports.
- Assisting Payroll Department
- Ensure all data is collected, updated and reported properly.
- Create a positive experience for applicants and employees.
- Provide support for employee engagement events.
- Build strong working relationships with team members.
To be successful in this role you must have a passion for helping people, have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent follow-through skills, be self-motivated and enjoy a challenge.
The ideal candidate would be bilingual Spanish/English.
Hours for this position would be 9-4 Monday through Friday.
