What You'll Do Patient Care & Clinical Excellence Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, examinations, and chiropractic assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Perform chiropractic adjustments using a variety of appropriate techniques. Provide high-quality care with a strong focus on patient safety, outcomes, and experience. Educate patients on chiropractic care, wellness, posture, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough patient documentation. Patient Experience & Retention Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients. Create a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience. Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand the value of their care. Encourage patients to take an active role in their health and wellness. Support patient engagement, retention, and continuity of care. Practice Growth & Team Contribution Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice. Participate in wellness programs, community initiatives, and other practice-development opportunities. Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service in every patient interaction. Stay current on chiropractic techniques, clinical best practices, and developments within the profession. What We're Looking For Required Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution. Active chiropractic license in the state of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one. Strong clinical and manual adjusting skills. Ability to confidently evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient education and wellness. Professional, approachable, and personable demeanor. Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment. Preferred 2–3+ years of chiropractic experience. Experience working with personal injury patients. Experience developing and managing individualized treatment plans. Experience in a wellness-focused or multidisciplinary practice. Interest in contributing to practice growth and community outreach.
