POSITION SUMMARY The Revenue Analyst plays an integral role in the stewardship of PanCAN’s donors. Through utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Salesforce) and online donation platforms (Luminate Online and FundraiseUp), this role ensures gifts are accurately and timely entered and coded in our revenue management systems (Salesforce) daily. The Revenue Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring quality control of data with a close attention to detail as well as a strong understanding of our revenue sources, fundraising platforms, reporting systems, integration flows and reporting requirements. PanCAN’s Technology Enterprise Roadmap embraces continual improvement and investing in new technologies and processes. The Revenue Analyst is expected to champion operational efficiency and growth initiatives as we scale. The position reports to the Assistant Controller and works collaboratively with the Finance, Business Operations, Community, Building & Growth, and Constituent Support teams as well as external vendors. Donor stewardship is paramount in all our work, and this role serves as a critical partner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensure donations are processed in the CRM daily

Process ACH and DAF gifts into CRM Process daily online transaction disbursements from Luminate Online to CRM Import gifts into CRM from online and offline sources (i.e., CDS Global, FundraiseUp, Benevity, etc.) Adjust gift coding as needed (i.e., soft credits, tributes, memorials, etc.)

Reconcile cash disbursements with revenue daily across fundraising disbursement platforms

Monitor fundraising disbursement platforms daily such as FundraiseUp, Blackbaud Merchant Services, PayPal, and others as required

Support CBG (Community, Building & Growth) team fundraising goals

Ensure CRM gift coding meets organizational reporting needs Ensure revenue coding follows data hygiene best practices Provide channel level reporting in support of monthly/annual/long-range goals Provide donor materials (i.e., donor budgets) for proposals, agreements, etc. Ensure matching gifts and tributes are accurately reflected in CRM

Assist the Finance team with month-end close

Revenue reconciliation CRM and ERP reconciliation Net Contribution Reporting

Support special projects

Collaborate with the Business Operations, CBG and Program Management teams to implement new tools, AI capabilities, reporting, insights and analysis in support of revenue goals Identify and recommend revenue management operational efficiencies to leadership, and implement changes as agreed upon.

Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures for gift and revenue management processes. Other duties and projects as assigned EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited university preferably in Finance, Data Systems, Accounting or Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: The following are the minimum qualifications needed to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Years of experience may vary based on the position, duties, and responsibilities. Preferred years of experience are 3+ years of relevant work experience including 2+ years in the non-profit space Prior Salesforce, Luminate Online or similar non-profit system experience strongly preferred Proven track record working in a fast-paced organization efficiently and accurately processing a high volume of offline and online gifts each day (over 5,000 gifts per month) Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and proven track record multi-tasking and prioritizing activities and schedules to meet tight deadlines Proven track record improving integration and import processes of donor data into a CRM Flexible and innovative thinker with a process improvement mindset Strong attention to detail Strong collaborator Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills with stewardship as a core value to our work Experience with revenue reconciliation and month-end close Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills SALARY RANGE: ($66.5-76k)

Our base salaries range from Entry level to Experienced and max at Expert level. The base pay range included herein is specific and germane to the job/position/opening as described within this announcement.
