Summary

The Tomlinson Group is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Buyer's Agent to become an integral part of our dynamic real estate team. In this capacity, you will assist our lead agents by delivering exceptional support to clients during property viewings, ensuring buyers remain well-informed and confident throughout every step of the purchasing journey.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate, dedicated to building meaningful client relationships, and eager to advance their career in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting.

Important: This role is commission-based, and candidates must possess a valid real estate license at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Take part in team events and activities as outlined by team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
• Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor client interactions and track activities

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
