Physician Assistant - Pain Management - Long Island & Queens, NY

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a growing outpatient Pain Management and Musculoskeletal Medicine practice in recruiting an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team in Long Island and Queens, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA with experience in pain management, orthopedics, or physical medicine to step into a busy, procedure-focused practice with strong physician support and established patient volume.

Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient practice

• Work between two clinic locations: Richmond Hill (Queens) and New Hyde Park (Long Island)

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Occasional Saturday coverage (9:00 AM-1:00 PM)

• See approximately 35-40 patients per day

• Perform trigger point injections, joint injections, cortisone injections, and viscosupplementation (gel injections)

• Structured six-month onboarding and training program

• Opportunity for independent practice following training

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000-$150,000 salary based on experience

• Comprehensive healthcare benefits

• 10 PTO days

• $1,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days

• DEA, licensure, and professional dues paid
