Full Stack Developer (Hybrid – NYC) $150K to $200K Plus Equity
Hybrid (in-office a few days per week in NYC) Candidates must currently live in the Greater NYC area
We're an early-stage, well-funded startup building a next-generation AI platform — and we're looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in a true 0→1 environment. This is not a maintenance role. You'll be taking products and features from idea to reality, working side-by-side with a small, high-impact team to build something from the ground up.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript (required)
- Full stack development experience (frontend + backend systems)
- Track record of building and shipping production applications
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity
- Someone who wants to be part of an in-person, collaborative team culture
What You'll Be Doing
- Own development of features from 0→1 — from concept through production
- Build and scale modern web applications with a focus on performance and clean UX
- Work closely with product and design to rapidly iterate and ship
- Help define architecture and engineering standards as the product evolves
- Contribute to integrating AI/LLM capabilities into real-world applications
Nice to Have
- Experience working on 0→1 products or early-stage startups
- Exposure to AI / LLM-based applications
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, etc.)
