Winter Park FLPracticing infection control standards and using approved PPE and disinfectant agents.Follows department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures prior to starting exams.Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems.Educates patients about the exam and complete all exams in a timely manner, maintaining workflow and minimizing empty table time.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to communicate effectively and work with people of various diverse backgroundsKnowledge of CT proceduresKnowledge of CT scannersAbility to learn and grow with new technologyCustomer Service skillsEducation:Associate [Preferred]Bachelor's [Preferred]High School Grad or Equiv [Required]Work Experience:1+ years experience in radiology and completion of CT training program [Preferred]Additional Information:Additional Licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.
