Serving with Compassion, Creativity, and Consistency. $19-21 an hourPart Time Position Summary: The Family Advocacy & Mentorship (FAM) Program supports youth (ages 0–21) and their caregivers through an integrated, strength-based model. The program is led by a dedicated team of case managers, youth coaches, and a parent partner. FAM provides tailored services such as rapid response, case management, mentorship, caregiver education, life skills development, and access to essential resources. Our approach prioritizes family engagement, safety, stability, and overall well-being through direct support and community-based advocacy. As family needs evolve, FAM services adapt to ensure continued impact and long-term positive outcomes across Sullivan County.The Youth Coach is a key member of the FAM Team who provides direct support, family visitation support, and mentorship to at-risk youth. They work closely with youth and families in their homes and communities to build strengths, reduce the risk of out-of-home placements, provide family coaching and promote long-term stability.
