Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, School Experience: New Grad Accepted References: 1 Reference in entire work history Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in AZ Educational License through AZ Department of ED Completion of a criminal record and background check
