Position Type: Full time Contract, Possible Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months
Location: Plano, TX 75074
Shift: Mon-Fri 9/80 Every other Friday off, 7:00AM – 4:30 PM M-Th & 7:00AM-3:30PM for on Friday

As a Facilities Technician you will be:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, etc.).
• Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
• Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Under supervision, uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, drawings, and specifications.

 
Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:  
Pay Range*: $20 to $22/per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
