Progressive Training & Consulting LLC is seeking a motivated OSHA 30 Safety Trainer & Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training classes.
- Promote safety training programs and build relationships with contractors, companies, and community organizations.
- Assist with business development and client outreach.
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry meetings.
- Support additional safety training programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- OSHA 500 Trainer (required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to travel locally for onsite training and outreach.
- Experience in construction safety or industrial safety preferred.
