Deadline: September 30, 2026 District/Organization: Muskegon Public Schools Position/Type: Other, full time Salary: Salary range: $53,887-$78,454 2026/2027 Posting Type: External/Internal Posting Date: September 3, 2026 Classification: Per MCTEA Master Agreement Location: Marquette Elementary & Oakview Elementary Reports to: Director of Specialized Instruction Deadline to Apply: Until Filled Position Available: 2026/2027 Academic Year Requirements: Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent Valid Speech Language Pathologist License OR Valid Elementary Teaching Certificate with (SB) Speech & Language Impairment endorsement. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical competency. Extensive training and/or experience with language development and oral functioning. Ability to work effectively with parents as well as children Ability to work with staff as an effective team member Minimal skills in total communication or manual communication. Responsibilities: See attached job description Salary/Benefits: Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Full-time with benefit package.
