Product Designer

We turn that complexity into opportunity, designing platforms that unlock efficiency, scale, and profitability. About the role We are hiring our first Product Designer. This is not a role where you polish pixels on an existing product. You will help design the core systems that power our entire portfolio of companies. You will work directly with founders, engineers, and operators to design tools that help businesses run better, from AI-assisted workflows to internal platforms and decision tools. This role is ideal for someone who likes owning problems end-to-end, moving quickly, and designing systems where humans and AI work together. Every acquisition introduces a new industry and a new product problem. You will make an impact on day one, in a small high-trust team. What you will do Design products from 0 to 1 across verticals. Conduct user research and build domain expertise. Turn complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences. Design next‑generation operating systems where humans collaborate with AI agents. Work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to ship quickly. Establish and evolve our foundational design system and UX principles. Continuously iterate based on metrics and feedback. What's in it for you?
